David Jesmer
David has been a long time advocate of the quality of life of the Treasure Coast and South Florida. Having moved here in 1985 from York Pennsylvania, David and his wife Janice immediately became enchanted with the area's people, the community, and all that the county offers.
Born and raised in Massena New York, David received his degree in Retail Business Management and continued his education at Rutgers and Lincoln Universities focusing on Human Services. After working for 15 years in this field, David made a career change in 1990 when he joined Ron Rennick's firm as a Broker - Associate and also became an auctioneer. David and Janice live in Vero Beach Florida and visit their mountain home in Blowing Rock North Carolina when time permits. David enjoys mountain hikes and fishing.
As a multimillion dollar producer, David looks forward to sharing his expertise and knowledge with those wishing to use either traditional means or the auction method of selling their home on an accelerated basis. He has participated in or conducted well over five hundred real estate auctions ranging from modest homes to megamansions, from historic speakeasies to islands, from citrus groves to raw land throughout the state of Florida.
